Who we are

LocoLedger is built by Polling Loop. For any question or request about your information, email support@locoledger.com.

What we collect

• If you join the waitlist: your email address and the date and time you joined. That is everything we store.
• This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies.
• If you switch between light and dark, that choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.

Why

• To email you once, when LocoLedger launches. We will not send anything else.
• We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to remove you.

Where it is kept

• In a database run by Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Cloudflare may store and process it outside your country.
• Cloudflare handles every request to this site, including your IP address, to deliver pages and block abuse. We do not store your IP address.
• We do not sell your email address or share it with anyone else.

How long

Until you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

• To be removed, or to ask what we hold about you, email support@locoledger.com from the address you signed up with. We will act on it within 30 days.
• If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If any of this changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
